Float On... A Brisbane FloodRelief Benefit
Tue 18th Jan, 2011 in Local News
Adding to the already impressive lists of fundraising gigs in Brisbane and around Australia occurring all around the country in response to the Queensland flood disaster, another line-up of musicians are banding together for Float on… A Brisbane Flood Relief Benefit.
Proving that Brisbane nurtures some of Australia’s most exceptional homegrown acts, The Hi-Fi and Mucho Bravado have brought together a bunch of the city’s biggest musical successes, including rockers Regurgitator, Custard and Screamfeeder.
Also doing their part for the Premier’s Flood Relief initiative will be indie pop bands Hungry Kids of Hungary and Little Scout, singer-songwriter Kate Miller-Heidke, and four-piece Gentle Ben & His Sensitive Side, all born and bred Brisbanites.
