Motorhead tour confirmed

Earlier this month we told you that Zakk Wylde and his Black Label Society were set to tour with metal legends Motorhead next year. The leaked dates were listed on the Black Label website, only to mysteriously disappear and be replaced by a tour of China…

But it’s not all bad news! Lemmy and the Motorhead crew are still storming our way for an ear-smashing tour where everything is louder than everything else!

Motorhead tour:

Saturday 26th March – Festival Hall, Melbourne (Licensed & Unlicensed Areas)
Monday 28th March – Big Top, Luna Park, Sydney (18+)
Wednesday 30th March – Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide (All Ages)
Friday 1st April – Gold Coast Convention Centre (All Ages)

Tickets on sale Thursday 23rd December

Dude weak. Don't stress though you'll have another chance, they've been here 3 times in the last 6 years.

Well their last double header at the Enmore was beyond epic - they won't be topping that, especially at the Big Top.

I am going to let this one slide as I have seen them on the last three tours.
Trying to limit my gig outlay but it seems wrong to miss Motorhead.

How the Big Top continues getting big gigs like this despite it's reputation as a shit venue is beyond me, I'll have to give it a miss purely for this reason.

I was there and it was a shit venue to see Motorhead.
I saw them at the Civic Theatre, Newcastle, on the last tour and that was fantastic.
Leaning right on the stage in front of God.

Anyone know how this tour is selling?
I will go if I can pick up a cheap ticket along the line.

How Motley Crue thought they could come on after Motorhead and seem good is beyond me.

Motorhead slayed them in every way.

Exactly. Three guys with a banner crapping all over Motley Crue and all their bullshit.
