Tumbleweed NSW tour
Wed 1st Dec, 2010 in Local News
Following festivities at Pyramid Rock and a hometown New Year’s Eve set at Waves Nightclub in Wollongong, stoner rock legends Tumbleweed will head out for a brief NSW tour in early 2011.
After ten year’s silence, the band reformed last year for storming live appearances at Homebake, Meredith and Big Day Out and recently issued a double album of early recordings The Waterfront Years.
To celebrate the release of the retrospective collection, Tumbleweed will play their first Sydney headlining show with the original line up since 1994, with good mates The Meanies in support and they’re even hoping to perform at least two new songs on the tour!
Tumbleweed NSW tour:
Friday 7th January – Cambridge Hotel, Newcastle
Saturday 8th January – Plantation Hotel, Coffs Harbour
Sunday 9th January – Great Northern Hotel, Byron Bay
Friday 14th January – The Metro, Sydney
Saturday 15th January – Mona Vale, Sydney
