Awesome. I can get in at 3, and not leave the red stage all day. NO MAJOR CLASHES FTW!

Am I correct in seeing that the Black Stage is the Hordern and the Green Stage is the Forum for Sydney?

Looks like it, and Red stage is royal hall of industries.
Kinda disappointing not having at least one outdoor stage

Why would I? I don't actually give a shit. Appreciate the strive for cred, though.

Dam, theres a whole lotta clashes in syd for me, apparently liking almost every band on the lineup has its downfalls :/

I honestly dont see why there needs to be 3 stages...why not 2 and just run it earlier and later like all the other cities?!?!

I don't know about the other venues but where it is in Sydney is failry close to residential areas.

Plus most of the bands on other stages are ballz.

Yes, 3 stage in Sydney is uber-lame. 2 stages would save me missing a stack of acts.

Meant to post this the other day, but surely its better to have a longer day with 2 stages than a shorter day with 3 stages!

This means you get:

a) To see more bands
b) Suffer less clashes

I would never be complaining about that! If only Splendour this year was one less stage and one extra day with all days running longer! I know i would be dead by the end but would have seen so so so much more great shit!
