Many of the businesses up and down the street will be providing DJs and live music on the day.

Between the stages you can visit the minds of Perth artists; The streets, alleyways and buildings will be littered with all kinds of installations; even the lamp posts and bus stops will not be safe from the team of hard-core knitters, giving the town a colourful and kinda snuggly, nanna feel.

An intriguing challenge has been put to a group of photographers to each document 60 minutes of the day in 60 photos – so put on your game faces; you might just end up on a wall somewhere.

Spectators are also encouraged to bring along ping-pong bats and balls for a bit of art/sport crossover

Local businesses will be organising delectable samples throughout the day, many displaying their goods on food stalls outside their premises for attendees to peruse at their leisure.

Being one of the key fashion precincts of Perth, the festival will have a little bit of parading about in clothes most of us only wish we could afford. Parades can be seen ever hour between one and five o’clock at Luxe Bar and bamBOO.

...Yes, there is a swimwear parade.

There’s even things to interest the little kids with a mini paste-up, tree poetry and business shirt painting.
