Darkest Hour lights up on tour
Mon 15th Nov, 2010 in Local News
With six albums to their credit, including Undoing Ruin and last year’s The Eternal Return, Darkest Hour have been identified as part of the New Wave of American Metal, beside acts such as Lamb of God, Killswitch Engage, and Unearth.
The Washington, D.C based five piece last toured Australia in 2007 for the Come Together festival and will return early next year for capital city shows and a visit to Wagga Open Air festival to play beside fellow metallers Anno Domini, Alice Through The Windshield Glass, Aeon of Horus, Demonic Tempest, Nemesphyxia, I Am Atlas and Never Trust a Bunny.
The tour will find Darkest Hour performing new songs, in preparation for a new album in February, as well as older moshpit favourites, supported by Californian deathcore crew Carnifex.
