Newtown Festival 2010 lineupand set times

The Newtown Festival has become an iconic fixture in the Sydney festival calendar, attracting up to 80,000 punters to Newtown’s Camperdown Memorial Rest Park.

Showcasing the vibrant Newtown area, the festival boasts performances by some of Sydney’s finest bands including The Paper Scissors, Richard In Your Mind and Guineafowl.

With over 150 stalls the festival it the year’s major fundraiser for the Newtown Neighbourhood Centre which supports services for the local community especially for the disadvantaged groups.

The musical action of the festival takes place on two stages – the Main Stage on Federation Road and Essential Stage on Lennox Street.

The free festival is held on Sunday 14th November at Newtown’s Camperdown Memorial Rest Park.
