Full Noise Music Festival is giving local DJs the opportunity to play amongst some of the biggest Australian music acts.
Two North Queensland nightclubs, The Consortium (Townsville) and Velvet Underground (Cairns), have been running battles between DJs over October.
The final 6 go head to head on Friday, 22nd October, with the overall winner getting the chance to play a set on the same stage with Wolfmother, Art vs Science, Philadelphia Grand Jury, Children Collide, Washington as well as hip hop kings Bliss N Eso and Kid Kenobi & MC Shureshock. The Big Day Out mainstay, Silent Disco also features.
The Full Noise Music Festival kicks off on the 20th November, 2010 at the Townsville Rugby Union Grounds, with gates opening at 11:30AM. Tickets are $90+bf and available through OzTix, or the direct from the festival website.
