Rooftop gig series at CurtinHouse

Need another reason to pack your bags and move to Melbourne (or brag to all your Sydney mates about how much better your home town is), well the Curtin House Rooftop Bar has just given you one.

This summer Curtin House is launching Happy Mondays an event series that will see a selection of local and international bands play intimate performances on the rooftop every Monday, just as the sun is setting. Swoon!

The first event falls on the Monday after Meredith, perfect timing for those trying to stem their festival hangover for at least one more night. Heading up the gig is the amazingly talented El Guincho and the king of ‘Chillwave’ Washed Out.

The gigs will run from December 13th through until January 31st with the program released in two installments – one for each month.

The December program for Happy Mondays at the Rooftop Bar, Curtin House looks like this:
