The City Of Perth Northbridge Festival returns this November for eight days offering music, culture, food, theatre, entertainment and much more, all free and all for your enjoyment.

The Northbridge Piazza, on the corner of James and Lake Streets, will act as festival headquarters for the eight-day event. The program will kick off around lunch time on Sunday 14th with Chung Wah Dance and Chinese Dragon exhibitions on the Piazza lawn, followed by an official Welcome to Country ceremony at 3pm, by Aboriginal Elder, Janet Hayden.

The festival will fill Northbridge’s many nooks and crannies with a complete cultural program including chicken feet eating contests, film screenings, lunchtime acoustic performances, Taoist Tai Chi demonstrations live bands and more including a band comp, with the winner taking away $500 Register Here) and a Mexican film festival and fiesta.

The full cultural program will be announced on the 28th October.

Starting on Friday 19th November is a full weekend of live music in The Piazza and the Cultural Centre. On the bill are Blue King Brown, Operator Please, Miami Horror, Urthboy, The Basics, The Holidays and a pile of local talent as well.
