No Years Festival

There is now a reason to stay in town this New Years Eve, with the No Years mini-festival set to be held in iconic Brisbane venue The Powerhouse. Boasting a lineup of critically acclaimed artists whose stars are all on the rise, No Years promises to be an event worth heading to.

Headlining the event in its inaugural year are Swedish indie-rockers Shout Out Louds. With their latest album Work hitting stores earlier this year, they’re ready to show off to their new tunes to local fans and bring in the New Year in style.

Lo-fi Texans Neon Indian will be bringing their much lauded debut record Psychic Chasms to The Powerhouse this New Years Eve. With accolades from both Rolling Stone and Pitchfork, Neon Indian are on the up and definitely one to catch at No Years.

Local group The John Steel Singers are soon to release their debut album Tangalooma and promise to keep the crowds smiling and dancing with their party starting tracks and jovial live show. With various other Aussie favourites rounding out the bill and the promise of another announcement on the way, No Years is looking like the place to be this New Years Eve.

Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased from The Powerhouse website.
