All hail Future Of The Left

Our favourite trio of mad Welshman will be wreaking havoc along the East Coast of Australia when Future Of The Left return to our shores this January.
Already confirmed on the mammoth Pyramid Rock bill these extra shows are sure to be a treat for fans that missed out on seeing the band when they were here in January for a short run of sold out shows. Although they have lost a bass player since then, Andy Falkous and Jack Egglestone have soldiered on with “furious pride” and are already penning tracks for a follow album up to last year’s venomous Travels With Myself And Another.
A Future Of The Left gig is something that everyone must experience at least once in their lifetime, as our FL reviewer put it in Januray: “The power and atmosphere they produce and maintain is inimitable, direct and greater than what most other three-piece acts could attain.” They are a band that abuse their audience as much as their instruments and in doing so continue to have one of the most exciting and at times down right disturbing live shows in the world.
