Late last week, Good Vibrations circulated its annual line-up clues, and the enterprising minds on the FasterLouder and inthemix set to work trying to solve them.
While the hints were typically obscure, the sleuthing of our forumers – and particularly FasterLouder contributor/brains trust brownie-II – seems very sound.
If the logic checks out, this is looking like a heavyweight Good Vibrations line-up. Enticing Erykah Badu to our shores would be a hefty achievement in itself, and she’d be in very fine company with dazzling soulstress Janelle Monáe, indie-pop hitmakers Phoenix and the Friendly Fires, who have already leaked their plans to tour very close to the Good Vibrations dates.
Is this the first installment of the Good Vibrations 2011 line-up? We’ll find out when the official announcement is made on Friday 10th September.
