U2 add second shows

After selling out their first shows in a matter of minutes, U2 have announced a second run of concerts for Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney this December.

Currently being touted by its promoters as “the biggest tour that an any artist has ever mounted – or possibly will mount”, the U2 touring juggernaut will feature feature 600 tonnes of sound and light equipment and the expanding screen of The Claw stage setup, which requires 120 trucks to move and 157 production crew members to assemble.

And if that isn’t enough bang for your buck, hip-hop legend Jay Z will be bringing all 99 of his problems down under this December to support Bono and co on the tour.

Wednesday 8th December – Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane – SOLD OUT

Monday 13th December – ANZ Stadium, Sydney – SOLD OUT
