Changing Lanes Festival hitsNewtown

Every so often Sydney gets to show Melbourne that it can rock the ‘culture’ tag just as well its southern neighbours, and the Fringe Festival “busting up from the underground” in Sydney’s inner west this September, is one of those moments.
Helping to bring the arts to the streets as part of Fringe Fest next month is the crew at FBi radio, who are putting on one hell of a party ( and fundraiser ) with the Changing Lanes Festival.
Changing Lanes is a music and arts laneway festival set in the heart of Newtown showcasing emerging music, art, fashion, food and performance. Hitting the inner west on Sunday 19th September, the festival fundraiser will see an amazing line-up of local bands playing at a mainstage set up in Eliza Street and across two smaller stages hosted by The Courthouse and Zanzibar hotels.
Amidst the music there will be artists painting up Newtown, DJs, markets, food and plenty more culture to sink your teeth into.
