Architects, Comeback Kid andThis Is Hell tour

Architects toured Australia earlier this year with the Soundwave festival, and supported Escape The Fate on a run of Sidewaves, now English metal/hardcore will return in December for a headline tour.

The quintet will be joined by hardcore punks from Winnipeg Comeback Kid and This is Hell who impressed on the Soundwave 2010 tour “with scissor kicks, head banging and a whole heap of movement”.

Architects, Comeback Kid and This Is Hell tour:
Friday 3rd December – The Hi-Fi, Brisbane
Saturday 4th December – Metro, Sydney
Sunday 5th December – Billboard, Melbourne
Tuesday 7th December – Fowlers, Adelaide
Wednesday 8th December – Capitol, Perth

Tickets on sale Thursday 2nd September

Apparently another tour is getting announced next week that is supposed to be 'hugggggeeeeee'.
I'm very much guessing that it is the return of A Day To Remember based on who it came from.

Rolo Tomassi will get announced shortly as being on this tour, and all bands are expected to do 45-1hr "headlining" sets.
This tour is going to rule that hard.

Everyone's seen it, buddy. You're not special.

You bag out alot of bands very closely associated and similar in musical stylings to these bands. You pay out moshers, hardcore scenesters, etc, when Architects and Comeback Kid in particular are massively 'sweated' by those types, and the mosh at these shows will be crazy.
So I guess the point i'm trying to make is you make yourself out to be so much better than people who are into hardcore and like to mosh, etc, but you listen to and enjoy their bands and attend their shows...

Just because there's a "mosh," doesn't mean I have to be involved in it. I saw Metallica last night and wasn't anywhere near the shirtless dudes slamming up against one another.

I think the "hardcore kids" who listen exclusively to that music and wear the stupid clothes are ridiculous, and as low as my self-esteem is I certainly think I'm better than them.

I listen to at least a few acts from most genres, some more than others. Big deal.
