Falls, Southbound and SunsetSounds lineups announcedtomorrow
Tue 10th Aug, 2010 in Local News
In the lead up to the announcement of the lineups for the Falls, Southbound and Sunset Sounds festivals there has been plenty of speculation, rumour and the odd fake lineup in the FasterLouder forums but the waiting ends tomorrow with the official announcement of the festival lineups.
Though the Falls line up leaked last year, so far only the hyped indie rockers The Soft Pack have been announced for the festivals in Marion Bay and Lorne.
Falls will again run in Lorne for four days from the 28th of December until the New Year’s countdown; while the Tasmanian event at Marion Bay kicks off on the 29th of December.
Southbound returns to Busselton in West Australia on the 1st of January to help punters celebrate the beginning of 2011, before Sunset Sounds completes the group of festivals when it heads to Brisbane on Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th of January.
The lineup of the festivals last year saw a stellar lineup including Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Moby, Grizzly Bear, The Temper Trap, Future of the Left and King Khan and the Shrines gracing the stages; who do you think will be on the bill for 2011?
Stay tuned to FasterLouder for the official announcements tomorrow
