Hellyeah likely for Soundwave2011

An announcement from Chad Gray during Hellyeah’s Sydney show suggests that the band is a likely candidate for Soundwave 2011.
The heavy metal supergroup, consisting of Mudvayne vocalist Gray; guitarist Greg Tribbett; Nothingface guitarist Tom Maxwell; Damageplan bassist Bob Zilla; and former Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul is currently on an East Coast tour of Australia with stops in Melbourne and Brisbane over the next two nights.
Mid-set Gray complimented Australian fans for their dedication to
the band stating that “You guys keep coming out, so we keep coming back and that’s why we’re coming back in February next year.”
Considering the promoter of the current tour is Soundwave Touring, it seems likely that a return trip will be to perform at Australia’s biggest alternative festival.
All will be revealed in the full Soundwave announcement due next Thursday 5th August.
