Brisbane's newest live musicvenue, The Beetle Bar
Mon 26th Jul, 2010 in Local News
At last, Brisbane has a new live music venue.
Located at 350 Upper Roma Street in the heart of the city, The Beetle Bar is hard to miss with its ‘shiny rooftop beetle’.
With original bands playing every week, The Beetle Bar owner Phil Hansson is wanting to provide Brisbane with a funky venue that suits all budgets and will be showcasing upcoming and established musicians.
Free entry, ‘student’ priced drinks and a 450 punter capacity will ensure a good, resonably priced night out in Brisbane.
Any bands looking for a new venue to showcase their wares at, email beetlebarbookings at gmail dot com. And any punters looking to catch some live music in Brissy, check it out.
