Sick of the FIFA World Cup already?

The Next Big Thing, WA’s biggest original band competition is about to begin. The heats kick off on Wednesday 16 June and this year’s competition is packed with tasty bands.

If you want show your support for your favourite bands, head down for some free entertainment and cheer them on as this year’s competition is set be another cracker. The major prize includes a slot on the bill at RTR’s In The Pines Festival and The Big Day Out.

Beginning at Mojo’s Bar in Fremantle heats will also be held at The Civic, Rocket Room and The Foundry with the state final taking place at Rosemount Hotel on 7 August.
