Grinspoon regional tour

After playing the Big Day Out, selling out a theatre tour and headlining Groovin’ The Moo, you’d think that Grinspoon would be happy to head home for a well earned break. But instead, Lismore’s favourite sons will be hitting the road again this August for a twenty-one date regional tour.

Technically an extension of the Six To Midnight tour, which the band embarked upon back in March, this run of dates will see Phil and the boys play everywhere from Mt Gambier to Jindabyne. The mammoth tour will give Grinspoon’s more far-flung fans the chance to see the band play tracks from their sixth studio album, on which the band has returned to the heavy-riffing sound of their early recordings.

As the FL review of Grinspoon’s last Sydney gig put it, “Grinspoon is a band that thrives on a live show that’s energetic, loose and free from any pretension” – and this tour is guaranteed to be just as fast and furious.
