Australia totally hearts Florence Welch. So it comes as no surprise that her Splendour In The Grass sideshows will see the British chanteuse upgrade to venues twice the size of those she played when last in Australia only three months ago.
Florence and The Machine were the party-starting highlight of the Laneway Festival in February and lived up to the hype at their sideshows where they showed off tunes from their amazing debut album Lungs.
The shows were so memorable they lead one FasterLouder reviewer to declare: “Florence and The Machine took the audience through a beautiful lyrical journey that exuded grace, and confidence throughout the entire evening. I can easily say this was one of the most engaging and musically impressive shows that I have seen in a long time.” That is some tasty apples.
