Reigning kings of the indie-dance wave, the boys behind Purple Sneakers have had a busy last twelve months which saw the collective of mash-up lovin’ DJs hijack festival stages at Parklife and Playground Weekender as well as embark on their own national tours and still find time to run their weekly club night in Sydney. Whew! But the party isn’t slowing down with news now out that the Purple Sneakers DJs are cooking up their debut mix compilation.

The new double disc affair, naturally dubbed We Mix You Dance, has been prepared by three of the stalwarts behind the Purple Sneakers banner, with the likes of PhDJ, BenLucid and M.I.T. coming together to throw down some heat.

Due out in the thick of winter on June 11th the We Mix You Dance collection features a bevvy of beloved acts, with international dance acts like Hot Chip, Friendly Fires, Major Lazer, Crookers and Simian Mobile Disco and local lads Art vs. Science and Midnight Juggernauts lining up alongside the indie-rock set.
