Wed 14th Apr, 2010 in Local News
One of the central frustrations of the recently imposed liquor licensing laws is the link they implicitly draw between live music and violence.
Now, the Melbourne music community is taking a proactive step to distance itself from violent behaviour by holding ‘Live Solution: Live Music against alcohol fuelled violence’.
Driven by Mushroom Marketing, Triple R and the Australian Government, ‘Live Solution’ will take place at the Corner on April 26th.
Headlined by Dallas Crane, ‘Live Solution’ will feature a host of local acts across the Anzac Day public holiday, with doors opening at 1.30pm.
The full line-up includes:
Dallas Crane
Black Cab
Charles Jenkins and The Zhivagos
Precious Jules
Sand Pebbles
World’s End Press
Guy Blackman
Aleks and the Ramps
The Spoils
Sophie Brous
