Big British Sound is back
Thu 1st Apr, 2010 in Local News
After a successful launch in Sydney last year, the Ben Sherman Big British Sound returns with two nights of English influenced hijinks.
AMP nominee Bertie Blackman and the retiring Whitley will hit the stage in both Sydney and Melbourne, with a supporting cast of locals.
Melbourne punters will be treated to sets from Pikelet and Big Scary with DJ support from Triple R’s Simon Winkler and Jess McGuire.
The following night in Sydney will see Jonathan Boulet, Fergus Brown and Deep Sea Arcade joining the bill with Alex Pye and Shag from FBi taking the DJ duties.
To make the night even more special each band on the bill will add a cover or two from some of their British influences to the sets.
