Perth psychedelic wonder kids Tame Impala have finally given fans the first sneak peek of their debut LP Innerspeaker, due to be released later this year.

The highly anticipated album (which took out 10th place on FasterLouder’s most anticipated records for 2010) will be the first musical offering from the band since their self-titled EP in 2008, which spawned the summer favourite ( and Nova endorsed) Half Full Glass Of Wine.

Midway through last year the band packed their knapsacks and took off to a “shack on a beach somewhere” to start laying down the new album. This is the first we have heard from the lads since then.
