Critical darling and prize of the recent Laneway Festival circuit, Kid Sam will embark on its first-ever headline tour in March. The duo will weave from Wollongong to Adelaide to remind us why its debut album was one of 2009’s best.
Happily, the Melbourne-bred cousins have a live show worthy of their songs. In the words of our reviewer: “There were plenty of bands louder at Laneway, but few as affecting.” Along the way, Kid Sam will be joined by some fine guests: Mick Turner, Deep Sea Arcade, Batrider and Two Bright Lakes labelmates seagull.
