Fresh from being awarded with the number 15 position on Triple J’s Hottest 100 countdown for their single Home and Californian eleven-piece Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros are set to arrive for their debut Australian tour.

With just over a fortnight having passed since the tour’s announcement it’s already clear that the group is in high-demand, with the Melbourne show at the Corner Hotel selling out in less that 48 hours and limited tickets remaining to the Metro Theatre show in Sydney.

Seemingly shocked by this overwhelming demand the group has announced several additional shows to their current tour plans. Now set to kick off on March 23 at The Hi-Fi in Brisbane the group has also announced additional shows for Wednesday March 27 at the Richmond’s Corner Hotel and at Sydney’s The Factory on April 1.

Tickets for all of the recently announced shows are now on sale.
