John Butler Trio won’t be going it alone for the forthcoming One Night Stand in Alice Springs, with three more marquee acts joining the party. All firm triple j favourites, Gyroscope, Bluejuice and Washington will also spend the night under the stars at Traeger Park on Saturday 27 March.

The broadcaster is once again looking for an Unearthed band to join that illustrious company on “the biggest stage Alice has ever seen”. If you’re that band, entries are still open.

i like all three of those bands more than John Butler (well, Ive never seen Washington, but I imagine I'd like her better) so i'd stay for those three and then leave before John Butler came on.

I can understand the reason for the JBT hate. Not the biggest fan either. But he has done alot of good things for Australian music and art i.e. 'The Seed'
