Trivium sidewave
Fri 15th Jan, 2010 in Local News
On the back of their Soundwave appearances Trivium, will play their only Australian headline show at The Espy Gershwin Room in Melbourne on Tuesday 23 February.
The Florida based band earned major contender status with their 2005 release, Ascendancy, with rock bible K-errang! declaring it “the most skull-peeling collection of pulverising metal grooves and fretboard annihilation you’ll hear in a long time.”
With a swag of awards and sold out stadium tours left in their wake, Trivium have returned with their latest album, Shogun, taking their music to new compositional and technical levels while the album’s brutal, bone-shattering production means that they’ve never sounded heavier or more powerful.
