After 12 months of touring and road testing songs from their upcoming debut Hold, Hold, Fire!, due for release in February 2010, Calling All Cars have been added to the Black Ice tour with AC/DC and Wolfmother.
The tour will play to over half a million people on the tour with eleven shows over 25 days, requiring 48 semi-trailers to move one of the largest stage productions ever staged in Australia.
Calling All Cars also play some a few small shows as “warm up” for the AC/DC tour, playing support to Green Day in New Zealand this before their slots on two of the biggest outdoor festivals Australia has to offer – the sold out Pyramid Rock and Melbourne’s Big Day Out.
