AC/DC sidekicks Wolfmother will take a road-trip to Byron Bay next week for two shows – one in the style we know and the other acoustic. Stockdale and co. are set to bring “12-string acoustic guitars, mandolins, harmonicas and maracas” to the intimate Buddha Bar on Tuesday, before backing up the next night for a rock show at Hotel Great Northern.

This pair of dates will ensure the – œMother is in good stead for Falls Festival this New Years Eve. After bidding farewell to Australia at the Southbound weekend, the band is en route to the UK for some large-scale gigs. Certainly a lot larger than The Buddha Bar.
