The third week of the third Sundae Workers Series sees Queensland’s I Heart Hiroshima playing at the Worker’s Club with support from reverb-soaked, summery vocals, layered and looped sounds of Danimals, the Kraut-inspired killer tunes of Gold Tango and the delightful melancholic-pop simplicity of Melbourne sweethearts, Love Connection.
2009 has been a big year for I Heart Hiroshima, with the release of their much anticipated second album The Rip and killer performances at Big Sound and on tour with Ratatat.
Doors open at the Workers Club at 4pm on Sunday 13 December – so if you didn’t get quite enough music at Meredith you could still make it along.
