Today, it was announced that the bubbly-toed Jack Johnson will be headlining Bluesfest 2010. With the festival in its 21st year, there couldn’t be a more fitting candidate to headline.

“Jack completely embodies the spirit of Bluesfest with his ethos and commitment to great music, sustainable living, peaceful mindedness, and cultural respect,” says the festival’s director, Pete Noble.

Bluesfest marks Johnson’s first appearance since 2008, and it will be extra exclusive because there are to be no other Jack Johnson Australian shows on this tour.
