Those unable to venture south to Golden Plains next March will no doubt be relieved to hear that Arizona alt-country legends Calexico will also be playing a string of sideshows whilst in Australia.

Last dowunder in 2007, the band has since released their sixth studio album Carried To Dust. The album was seen as a welcome return to form for Calexico and had the likes of Pitchfork drooling upon its release: “Ultimately, this is the type of record this band is suited to making, and it richly rewards repeat listening”.
