Do you consider yourself an undiscovered songwriting genius? Then TED’s latest music initiative The Lab could be just what you need.
Tooheys Extra Dry has just launched a new project that will see one up and coming Aussie musician flown to New York to collaborate with uber-producer Mark Ronson in his studio. If that isn’t cool enough the likes of Santigold, Nick Hodgson of Kaiser Chiefs, Sean Lennon, John Taylor of Duran Duran`and members of The Dap-Kings will also be in on the project. Swish!
The whole trip will be filmed and made into a documentary for release in 2010, whilst the completed track will feature as the soundtrack to the next national advertising campaign for TED.
To get in on the action bands and solo artists need to register at www.tedthelab.com before November 18th.
