Set to bring the heat to Big Day Out in 2010, Peaches and her Sweet Machine players will also fit in four sideshows. This summer visit is the first full band tour from the electro-pop provocateur since the release of fourth album I Feel Cream.

Peaches is something of a BDO veteran, having appeared on the ‘02, ‘04 and ‘07 circuits. Her live show hasn’t lost any of its button-pushing appeal, as we saw when the lady came here in full regalia for last year’s Parklife.

“Peaches may do crazy things on stage but she’s an incredible musician,” our reviewer wrote of her Melbourne sideshow, “and her voice is just as perfect as it was when her albums were recorded.”
