The John Steel Singers tour
Wed 30th Sep, 2009 in Local News
With their debut album set for release very soon, The John Steel Singers have offered fans a sneak preview, with lead single Masochist.
Recorded by the Go-Betweens’ Robert Forster, it’s a trademark psychedelic-pomp number from the Brisbane six-piece. Masochist is the sort of arrangement that helped them get US indie producer Nicholas Vernhes of Animal Collective and Deerhunter fame to mix the album.
The band will be launching the new single around the country during October and November, supported by Little Scout. Check them out at the following venues.
