Jamie T Cancels Perth Shows

Jamie T has cancelled his sold out show at Fly By Night in Fremantle and his headline gig at the Wave Rock Weekender festival due to illness.

A message on his myspace reads: Following discomfort last night in Adelaide, this afternoon in Perth WA, Jamie attended a nearby Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery. As a result of the inspection of his vocal chords he has been diagnosed with laryngitis and has been advised to take some time off from the rigours of touring. As a result, tonight’s show in Perth, and tomorrows show at Wave Rock Weekender have been officially cancelled. We are all gutted by this development and we will seek to reschedule these dates as soon as possible.
