Drawn From Bees Release TheSky Is Falling!

Brisbane’s crazy Drawn From Bees are set to release their third studio offering The Sky is Falling through MGM Friday October 2nd.

In case you live under a rock, Drawn From Bees are a Brisbane four piece, noted for their crazy hair, even crazier schedule of writing (they have a self imposed six month deadline for their releases) and for generally just being crazy cats!

If you have heard their previous releases, great but please leave all preconceived notions at the door now as The Sky is Falling is nothing like the earlier works.

Most noticeably the lads have slowed down, mellowed out and fine tuned their sound treating us to a breath of fresh air from the rock crescendos of The Boy & The Ocean, and the happy go lucky beats from And The Blind Shall Lead The Way, which earned Album of the Week (Brag) and Indie Release of the Week (Rave)

Playful sing-along and lead track Cables In the Sky promises to cement Drawn From Bees as one of Brisbane hottest exports, wth the band already receiving well deserved air time from Tripe J for Long Tooth Setting Sun from their previous release.

Coinciding with the release, Drawn From Bees will again grace the stages of suitably hip venues in NSW and QLD throughout October and November. Those of you in VIC, TAS and SA, do not fret, more tour announcements are just around the corner!
