British India get moving

This Friday, hard-gigging Melbourne outfit British India heads out on tour for nearly three months. The guys will be road-testing songs from their third studio album, due for a March 2010 release.

If you want to hear lead single Vanilla before then, triple j will be offering it as a free download from 21 September. The new album follows 2008’s Thieves, which ensured British India was never far from a festival bill. The 30-date Vanilla tour is sure to uphold the band’s reputation for punchy live shows.
