Boys Boys Boys! RussianWinters: Road Trip!

Boys Boys Boys! have started to feel the pinch of hectic city living, so when their mates Russian Winters invited them on a road trip to some southern WA towns they said, “fuck yeah!”.

Boys Boys Boys! and Russian Winters along with special guests Tim & Jean and Simone and Girlfunkle are packing up their bags and taking a long weekend retreat to Mandurah and Margaret River. While they’re there they’ll play Settlers Tav and the Players Bar and give the country folk a taste of what the big smoke has to offer. And to kick off their regional retreat they’ve thrown in a city show for all ages at The Vault.

Boys Boys Boys! took a bit of a break after releasing their debut album YES in March this year, but they are back and better then ever with a sling of shows to remind Perth how much we love their daggy but delectable dance stylings. They’re looking forward to the festival season and are itching to take the act over east on their east coast tour early next year.

Russian Winters are still going strong after their 2008 release of their debut EP Give Up the Ghost. Co-produced by Laurie McCallum at Sumo Sound Studios mixed at 3 time WAMI-Award winner Dave Parkin’s Blackbird Studio and mastered by Steve Fallone (The Strokes, The Panics) at Sterling Sound, New York City, the EP has rocked the ears of Perth audiences. On the back of the EP they’ve toured Malaysia, and played Sunburst Festival in Kaula Lumpur along side N*E*R*D and Korn.

The roadtrip kicks off at the The Vault on Thursday Oct 1 with Players Bar and Settlers the following week and is proudly presented by Fasterlouder.
