Festival Of The Sun line-up

Bringing together a sun-soaked setting, BYO booze and an all-star bill, Festival Of The Sun returns to Port Macquarie this summer. The intimate affair (only 3000 tickets sold) will celebrate its fifth anniversary across two days at Sundowner Breakwall Tourist Park.

Heading the line-up are Aussie rock royals Spiderbait, joined by fellow festival stalwarts Litle Birdy and The Beautiful Girls. Also on board is boob scotch swiller Bob Log III, as well as the year’s festival-bands-to-beat Children Collide and Philadelphia Grand Jury. Camping is included in the ticket price, and there will be no bars at all – so come stocked with an Esky of cans.

Festival Of The Sun is 18+ in 2009, so organisers have catered for underage revellers with a separate event. Summer Harvest will take over Port Macquarie Panthers with Little Birdy, Children Collide, Urthboy and more taking the stage.

Festival Of The Sun sets up camp at Sundowner Breakwall Tourist Park on Friday 11 and Saturday 12 December. Tickets go on sale 1 September at the FOTS website. Check out the line-up below.
