Tickets to Big Sound Live featuring performances by 60 artists across Queensland’s Fortitude Valley Entertainment Precinct on September 9 and 10 are on sale now.
Big Sound Live is the showcase element of the Big Sound Music Industry Summit 2009, which has grown into Australia’s largest music convention since its inception in 2002.
Bluejuice and the winners of Big Sound’s Triple J Unearthed competition – Sydney band Parades – have been added to the already impressive lineup.

Big Sound Industry Summit runs from September 9-11 at Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts. This year’s guest speakers include Van Dyke Parks, Modular Recordings’ Steve Pavlovic and freelance journalist Andrew McMillen, better known amongst the FasterLouder community as NiteShok.
Conference topics include an Export Case Study on Modular Recordings, Blogging, Twittering & Online Publishing, and The Big Pitch where artists can get their best song heard by a panel of real industry who can potentially use the music for international opportunities.
