The fiery Welshmen from Future of the Left have announced sideshows to their Falls and Southbound festival dates.

Having cancelled a series of Australian dates earlier in the year to finish their acclaimed second album, Travels With Myself and Another their sideshow dates for early 2010 are sure to be eagerly anticipated by their rabid fanbase.

Put your body where your body will want to go at these venues.

Dec 29 – Rhythm & Vine Festival, Gisborne NZ
Dec 30 – Falls Festival, Marion Bay TAS or Lorne VIC
Dec 31 – Falls Festival, Marion Bay TAS or Lorne VIC

Yes. My loungeroom is licenced to the same capacity as The Annandale.

I figure that when it goes on sale, if I get lucky I'll just grab more tickets than I need. There will be enough forum regulars who'll want them.

The new album is that good, I didn't bother with the last tour because the debut didn't do too much for me.
Having said that, I hope tickets are easy to come by.

They said this is definitely going on sale tomorrow at 9am from their website.

The lack of promotion and forewarning could bode well for getting tickets.

Um - also orginally I meant I was going to FOTL - not that 3OH3 show, and then I got confused.

Now Im relieved that FOTL isnt sold out and disturbed that people bought tickets to see 3OH3.

the new album is that good, i didn't bother with the last tour because the debut didn't do too much for me.
having said that, i hope tickets are easy to come by.

you missed an epic show, as a whole i like the first album better but the 2nd has got some killer tracks

also, in my humble opinion, i think there's a few reasons why you shouldn't need to rush for tickets:

1. festivals/bands of quality touring on an unprecedented scale, most should be running out of cash if not annual leave by then

2. can't recall mclusky ever selling out a show at the annandale or gaelic and they were wicked to the power of sick

3. 2 albums old and still not palatable listening for all

the annandale is just right for these maniacs and anyone who misses out is just not trying hard enough

is a lack of emotion a curse or a skill to rely on?
