Under the slightly worrying title of – œTitanic!’ Melbourne’s four to the floor rock’n’rollers Carnation are setting sail in an audacious nautical concert on Saturday 29th August.

They’re joined by a salty crew of bands – with The Good China, The Process and the aptly named The Hovercrafts keeping the boat rocking all night. DJs Kieren from Weekender, The LADJs and Ming The Merciless .

There’s a strict boarding time of 6PM from Dock 9, Central Pier, Victoria Harbour, Docklands with the after party running from 11pm at Ding Dong.

Sure, Mr J Christ may have walked on water, but did he headline a rock and roll show while he was out there? Not saying this is better than the second coming… just saying.
