The energetic family act from Albany is set to release a single from their forthcoming new album My Own Nemesis at the Rocket Room on Saturday August 29th, and they promise a mindblowing show, supported by Amber Down, Blackwater Station and Jack Action.
The boys stepped out of the great southern and into the central WA music scene with their EP You Will See in 2007 and have been making good impressions ever since. Their debut EP has just sold its thousandth copy, and the band has received national US airplay on College Radio, and have contributed tracks on two separate US rock compilations after being scouted on MySpace.
In between playing at fundraising gigs to help those less fortunate than themselves, and as finalists in various band comps, The four lads have lately been working extremely hard on their new album in Poons Head Studio in Fremantle together with producer/engineer Rob Grant, and they are very excited about unleashing their new material.
The first 75 punters through the door on Aug 29 will get a free copy of the new single Miss You which is about loss and friendship, and has some deeply moving lyrics for a band so new to the local scene.
