Following on from last year’s comprehensive sell-out, Fat As Butter will ride back into Newcastle this October. FasterLouder is hyped to once again be making the road-trip.

2008 set a strong example in the line-up stakes (The Dandy Warhols for one wouldn’t usually go regional), and this round is just as value-packed. Commanding the headline spot are J Award nominees Hilltop Hoods, who’ll be in practice after their closing set at Splendour In The Grass.

They’re joined at the top of the bill by festival sure-things Grinspoon and pop-rock stayers Evermore. Also on board are the tried-and-true Bob Evans, Bluejuice, Philadelphia Grand Jury, Snob Scrilla and Regular John. The acts will be spread across three stages at a yet-to-be-revealed local venue. Fat As Butter returns to Newcastle on Sunday 25 October, proudly presented by FasterLouder. Tickets go on sale Monday 3 August, and you must be over 15 to attend.
