You gotta die sometime – and sadly that time has come for Martin Martini and his Bone Palace Orchestra who will play their final gig on the 14th of August at the Corner.
Mourners performing at the funeral include star of Shane Warne: The Musical Eddie Perfect, The Cat Empire’s Harry Angus and Ollie McGill, Paul Capsis, Jan Skubiszewski of Jackson Jackson, writer of Keating! The Musical! Casey Bennetto, Tommy Spender from Custom Kings and Offcutts, Steve Sedergreen, Abbie Cardwell, Sophie Brous, Brothers Grim, Video Day, Clairy Baby Browne and the Bangin Rackettes, Jelly Tub Rollers and more to be announced.
They’re on hand to help perform their own weird and wonderful versions of Martini’s songs as Martini welcomes back members of his Bone Palace Orchestra Xani Kolac (violin), Ben ‘Angry’ Hendry (drums) and Peter ‘The Dog’ Burgess (tuba) to perform his back catalogue.
Dress in black and make your way to the Corner on the 14th of August to pay your respects.
