That buzzing sound just over the horizon is Swarm Fest – a smorgasbord for lovers of all kinds of rock – œn’ roll, with 25 bands taking over The Espy on Saturday, October 17.

The swarm of bands includes Mammal, Jericco, Bellusira, MM9, K-Oscillate, Mushroom Giant, My Secret Circus, From The Ashes, The Day Late, Anna Salen, And Burn, The Texas Tombstones, Sleepa, Noise Kartel and more to be announced – so whether you like it heavy and driven, deep and melodic, or with an upbeat electro/dance flavour there’s something lurking in the Espy to sting your senses.

Plus Club Blink DJs Bzurk, Snowflake and Ivy will be on hand to spin your favourite alternative/rock tunes in the Queen’s Chamber and Honey Pot rooms.

The 12 hours of music mayhem sets fly from 3.30pm – bee there or bee square!
